Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the services, software, and platforms provided by Cook AI Ventures LLC. This AUP is incorporated into and made part of our Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. General Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our services to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person or group
- Transmit spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk messaging without consent
- Distribute viruses, malware, ransomware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platform
- Collect or harvest personal data from other users without authorization
- Impersonate any person, entity, or organization
2. AI-Specific Prohibitions
These restrictions apply to all AI-powered features of our platform.
You may not use our AI features to:
- Jailbreak or manipulate AI systems through prompt injection or adversarial inputs
- Generate deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, defame, or impersonate
- Create synthetic identity fraud including fake profiles, documents, or credentials
- Produce CSAM (child sexual abuse material) or any sexualized content involving minors
- Generate disinformation including fake news, fabricated quotes, or election interference content
- Develop weapons including instructions for biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons
- Conduct illegal surveillance including stalkerware, keyloggers, or unauthorized tracking
3. GHL Platform - Specific Rules
If you are using our Go High Level (GHL) sub-account services:
- You must comply with all GHL platform terms and carrier A2P messaging requirements
- All SMS campaigns must use registered 10DLC numbers with valid campaign registration
- You must obtain express written TCPA consent before sending any marketing SMS
- You must honor STOP/HELP/CANCEL opt-out requests immediately
- You may not send SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) without carrier pre-approval
- You may not send messages outside of 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone
- HIPAA Warning: Our platform is not HIPAA-certified. Do not use GHL sub-accounts to store or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) without a signed Business Associate Agreement.
4. Email Marketing Rules
- All commercial emails must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act
- Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe mechanism
- Unsubscribe requests must be honored within 10 business days
- You may not send email to purchased or rented lists
- Subject lines must not be deceptive or misleading
- All emails must identify Cook AI Ventures LLC or your business as the sender
5. Content Standards
You may not use our platform to create, store, or distribute:
- Illegal content of any kind
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Hate speech targeting any individual or group
- Sexually explicit content in any non-adult-designated context
- Content that violates any third party's privacy or publicity rights
6. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning: Written notice for minor or first-time violations
- Feature suspension: Temporary restriction of specific platform features
- Account suspension: Temporary full account suspension pending review
- Account termination: Permanent termination for serious or repeated violations, without refund
- Legal action: Referral to law enforcement or civil legal proceedings where applicable
7. Reporting Violations
To report a violation of this AUP, contact us at legal@cookaiventuresllc.online. We investigate all credible reports and respond within 5 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
