DMCA Policy

Cook AI Ventures LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). This policy describes how to submit a copyright infringement notice and how we handle such notices.

1. Designated DMCA Agent

To be effective, DMCA notices must be sent to the designated agent above. Notices sent to other contacts may not receive a timely response.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf)
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform (URL or specific description)
• Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Warning under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f): Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may subject you to liability for damages, including attorney's fees.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (or Warren, Ohio if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will notify the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Cook AI Ventures LLC maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any account after receiving multiple valid DMCA takedown notices related to that account.

5. AI-Generated Content and Copyright

Our platform uses AI to generate content. The copyright status of AI-generated content is an evolving area of law. We do not make representations about the copyright status of AI-generated outputs. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of AI-generated content complies with applicable copyright law and does not infringe third-party rights.
