Subscription Terms
1. Subscription Plans
Cook AI Ventures LLC offers subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis. The features, limitations, and pricing for each plan are described at the point of purchase and on our website. By subscribing, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Billing and Auto-Renewal
Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current subscription price. By subscribing, you authorize Cook AI Ventures LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without further authorization from you, until you cancel.
You will receive a renewal reminder at least 7 days before your annual subscription renews. Monthly subscriptions renew without advance notice.
3. Pricing and Price Changes
Current subscription prices are displayed at checkout and in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. For annual subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect. For monthly subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the price change effective date constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. You must maintain a valid payment method on file. If your payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved.
5. Free Trials
If we offer a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be charged the applicable subscription price at the start of the paid period.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@cookaiventuresllc.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your subscription until then. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in our Refund Policy.
7. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Monthly subscribers have a 7-day refund window on their first subscription. Annual subscribers have a 14-day refund window on their initial purchase. Renewals are generally non-refundable.
8. Downgrade and Upgrade
You may upgrade your plan at any time - the price difference will be prorated and charged immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for downgrades mid-cycle.
9. Account Suspension for Non-Payment
If your payment method fails and is not updated within 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend your account. Data associated with suspended accounts is retained for 30 days. After 30 days of non-payment, your account and associated data may be permanently deleted.
10. State-Specific Provisions
California residents: You may cancel a subscription within 3 business days of signing up for a free trial that automatically converts to a paid subscription and receive a full refund. Contact us at support@cookaiventuresllc.online.
Ohio residents: These Terms are governed by Ohio law. Any disputes shall be resolved per our Terms of Service arbitration provisions.
