Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made directly through Cook AI Ventures LLC. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to those platforms' own refund policies.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

    7-Day Refund Window - First-time subscribers only. If you are not satisfied within your first 7 days, contact us for a full refund.
  

After the initial 7-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period.

2. Annual Subscriptions

    14-Day Refund Window - Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
  

After 14 days, annual subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for unused months.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Setup fees and onboarding fees
GHL sub-account configuration and buildout fees
Any usage-based fees or overage charges already incurred
Add-on services consumed prior to cancellation
Renewals that were not cancelled before the renewal date

4. App Store Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed by and subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies respectively. Cook AI Ventures LLC has no control over refunds for app store purchases. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within your eligible window:

Include your full name, account email, and reason for the request
We will respond within 2 business days
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately and contest the chargeback with documentation. We encourage you to contact us first - we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds outside of this policy at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Refunds issued as a courtesy do not create an obligation for future refunds.
